A magnificent view of four major passes.At the top of the mountain, there was evidence of a burned firewatch cabin. On the approach to the summit that my friend Ashton Smith and I used, we found heavy gauge single-strand copper wire and insulators; presumably these connected the burned out firewatch cabin with some centralized reporting location. The ascent to the summit took about four hours, and was not that strenuous.
