From NM-9 turn South at MM-56 onto a dirt road blocked by a gate. Gate says, "Victorio Ranch". All BLM land so no access issue. Road is really nice and is being upgraded - looks like in preparation for adding border fence. Road goes to border, follow the border road to the west. Road will depart the border heading uphill, Near Benchmark is on your right. Park at the saddle.
