I left Stinson Beach very early and got to see a beautiful sunrise from Matt Davis trail, but when I reached East Peak it was cold and windy and the sun was obscured. Shortly after I left it cleared up and we had unusually clear views out over the ocean for June. As always, one of the Bay Area's best hikes.
