We wanted a short hike with views to do before any rain came in and was close to our motel in Twin Mountain. Nice climb to Martha with some decent views then onto Martha’s mile(@0.8 miles) to reach the tiny bump of Owlshead. Even better views so it was worth the easy stroll back and forth. Little spikes all day with only a few icy spots on the last pitch to Owlshead. First time for Ed and John, upon returning to the car they approved the choice of peaks.
