Walked up from Stone Hut on the Wangapeka Track to the ridge line south of Mt Luna. Dropped my pack & headed the short distance to the summit, took a photo, then straight back down to my pack. Conditions were unpleasant on top with a strong cold wind blowing and with damp swirling cloud coming and going. After picking up my pack I continued around the tops to Kiwi Saddle.
