After visiting Mount Rudolph earlier in the day, I had a few hours of daylight left, so I headed up to Mt Davis outside of Beaumont. I wound up parking just past the intersection of Viele and Bolo Ct, which is the beginning of David Mountain Road. This is a dirt road that climbs to a series of hills with towers on them. I visited each one before reaching the tallest hill with the tallest towers, which was Mt Davis. I raced the setting sun on the way back down.
