I believe this should count even though you don't drop far enough in the saddle. It's over 14,000 feet and it's in route to Mount Lincoln, it counts in my book. At the summit, Lincoln comes out of hidig and it looks like a swirly top of an ice cream cone. Looking back at Democrat you could see 40-50 people at the summit. That's why leave before sun up.
