France/Italy. Started from Camping Municipal Tende on 4-day hike with tent in Parc du Mercantour - Parco delle Alpi Marittimi. On 3rd day passed mountain lake, went uphill through snow, climbed a very stiff path, went over boulders to the top of Mont Clapier. There was a metal monument and next to it a plastic jar with ball pen and scrapbook. Ate an energy bar. Descended very slowly. Climbed to Italy.
