Ski tour. I followed , more or less , summer trail to North Molar Pass. I had broken trail for the first 6 km of the trail, trail breaking another 6. Sticky snow in places . I left my skis and boot packed 300 m or so, vertical to the summit. Ridge was wind blown, very little or no snow. Great weather, fantastic views, moderate windy at the top. On my way down I noticed group of 4 skiers coming to the pass from the other side. I met them at the pass, they were on their day 4 , doing Drummond glacier traverse. Summit register shows this easy peak is quite busy in the summer but not in the winter. I think it’s good winter objective too in stable conditions. Some overhead avi danger on the way to the pass. One short traverse of avalanche slope , maybe 80 m long just below the col. But it’s relatively safer than many other objectives of this height in the area.
