Today I went to the Sierra de La Muela in Alhama, this month of May is very rainy and cool and the walk has been quite pleasant, although a storm caught me again on the way to the top. I have stopped in a cave while it was raining and thunder rumbled.
I am still surprised by the rock formations on the top that are so eroded and I have been able to see some marine fossils in them. I have also continued along the ridge path to see the Barrancos de Gebas reservoir to the east. In total they have been about seven miles.
