A lovely stroll up through the wooded hills above Νέα Δήμματα, lots of rock roses, broom and other wild flowers, a steep scramble to the top of Κολώτας Kolotas, hazy but still had good views. I used a 1956 1.25'' to the mile map downloaded and printed from http://nla.gov.au/nla.obj-233509282/view - just click on 'browse' and the various maps come up. It's not easy to get up to date detailed maps of this area, but I found these right useful.
