Got a chance to explore a portion of the San Gabriel Mountains that I had ignored for a while. Now I have the appetite to visit the other peaks in the area. Appreciated the cool weather, since there is no shade along the way. Followed Kagel Truck Trail all the way to the summit from Dillon Divide. On the summit, paragliders were using the mountain top as a launching point.
