Ten person team, all Suriname residents except me, flew by small plane from Paramaribo to Kayser airstrip. From there by two large dug out canoes, last five days cutting trail to summit. Team: Jim Healy (leader), Botty Sanchez, Guido Robles, Kathleen Lieuw Kie Son, Danielle Buttenweg, Peter Spiller plus to Amerindians and two Marones as jungle experts.
