It was a fantastic drive deep into Wadi Farfar and then all the way up to plateu, the ascend was rather tricky (at 25 degrees) and dangerous due to risk of sliding rocks beneath our SUV... we reached there just 15 mins before sunset and in cloudy conditions. We originally wanted to desend to E89 highway but the track at descent was under construction, forcing us to drive all the way back to Fujairah Freeway... this was most adventurous part of the trip... to escape Wadi before it gets dark

The part of mountain houses a pipeline and entry maybe restricted in future. The alternate and rather quick access to this peak is directly from E89 highway after driving about 10.6Km towards Fujairah.
