Great day for a hike. I'm still working out a few kinks from being thrashed by the cow, so I set out with the pup for her first mountain. The trail is a very easy walk in the woods. From the trailhead go left and you can read the story of a wood cutter and a tree. The trail to the summit is not marked but easy to find. The views from the top were grand for such little effort. A great place to take small children, there is s ballfield and playground at the parking area.
