Led a group of 8 to the summit from Overweight Hikers meetup. This was exploratory, none of us had been to the peak. The approach up the wash is long, but easy and scenic. After turning out of Cottonwood Wash, there is a pretty good path to follow for most of the way. Much less loose and crappy rock than other area hikes. Pretty easy hike. A little bit of exposure in the last traverse to the peak. View is one of the best in the area and high payoff for an easy hike.
