didnt get permits to spend the night in little yosemite valley, so the girlfriend and i got up at 0430 and started up the mist trail at 0500. she got a little scared climbing up the subdome, as there are no steps (steep/slippery granite).....she got really scared when she saw the cable section hahah.. i put my gloves on and made the summit while she enjoyed her packed lunched. maybe she'll get the courage to do it next time (cause there will be a next time)
