If there is a trail up this mountain, I was not the lucky soul to find it. All was ok until we met the barrier of trees right up near the top. It's almost as if a goblin lives on this mountain and planted these trees on purpose to keep mountain-climbing goblin-hunters off the peak. Also should be mentioned that if you make this trip in the spring/summer months, towards the top is perfect grass for snakes. Still a great view, but certainly not for the whole family. Unless there is a trail I don't know about. Should also be noted that this mountain is no where near Eureka Springs as the caption details. This is in the Flatside wilderness area.
