Planned to climb Butterfly Peak, but the plans changed after having trouble finding the use trail. I will gladly come back and try again on another day. Instead of going on a long search in the heat, I backtracked to Gold Hill. To get to the top, I took the dirt road to building ruins on its north side. From there, I did a short x-country climb to the top. Meanwhile, I was surprised to find an HPS styled red coffee can register on top. Mine was the first entry for 2021.
