My buddy Jake, his dog Rudy and I spent the day on Enumclaw Mountain. They say Enumclaw means "place of evil spirits" but on this sunny day the name didn't seem very fitting. We followed a combination of trails and logging roads on a roundabout way to the summit. It was all pretty smooth traveling. The second section of trail was pretty brushy at first, but before we met the road again it opened up and we enjoyed a cool stroll in the shade through the forest. Once we made it to the top we enjoyed the views, the sun, and some snacks.
