Very windy day, especially at the top on the north side. Not many people out. The refuge was recently given a controlled burn, so about 1/3 of it is fresh green grown. All the bison and longhorns are down in the open areas grazing and the flowers are starting to sprout. It's a perfect time to be out at the refuge.
