In Puerto Rico for the Puerto Rico marathon and had to bag a nearby peak. The hike was on a very well maintained gravel trail all the way to maybe 100 yards from the top and then you hit the service road that gets you to the peak. We got lucky and had a brief break in the clouds a couple times on the way up and at the top.
