This mountain is an old volcanic neck in the Pioneer Peaks NP. There is no trail, and it is surrounded by private land. The climb is quite steep, and at times the bush is very think and difficult to pass. Many sections were hands-and-feet scramble on slick rock using roots and vines for handholds. At the top, there is a small saddle with a spring coming up, and what looks line an impromptu campsite. A nice day hike if you don't mind crashing through the bush!
