Wanted a 'warm down' peak on our way through DV and decided it was time to finally snag the buttes. So glad I did! An easy and unassuming hike with a tiny bit of scrambly bits at the end. I've seen this peak described as class 3 but I didn't think so at all. I barely used my hands. Some short exposed sections might make some people catch their breath but an experienced mountain scrambler would just enjoy the heck out of the small stretch of exposed scrambly bits.

PS if I ever write a desert peak bagging book I'm calling it "Scrambly Bits and Slippery S$%#" and putting a pic of this peak on the cover.
