From the junction of Arline St and Plum Canyon Fire Road, in a rustic portion of Santa Clarita, I started hiking on Plum Canyon Fire Rd. Shortly, it connected with Drake PL, which is another dirt road. It eventually made a steep climb to a ridge where two high points were accessible. It crossed over Plum Benchmark (where no benchmark was found). Across the way was another hill at the same height (Cruzan Mesa). I made my way to it before returning the way I came.
