Access is through the Tulameen FSR. You can get there via Tulameen or the Coquhalla Hwy. There's a deactivated road off a hairpin with a bridge at 18km (according the the backroads mapbook). It would be helpful to bring a mountain bike/ATV to shave about 2km of road. You won't be able to drive it unless you have something with a lot of ground clearance. 49degrees 31'51.75" N 120 degrees 57' 46.58" W. The actual trail starts on the right of the road at 49degrees 32'07.84"N 121 00'08.83"W. Google Earth is very helpful for looking at the directions and co-ordinates. It takes about 3 hours to summit and return at a decent pace with stops for photos. You could easily do Jim Kelly and Coquihalla in one day. The safest route up both peaks I have found are to skirt around the mountains along the bottom to the northwest side. They are some doable but pretty sketchy approaches if you don't go far enough West so be patient and try a few spots further if it doesn't feel safe. No ropes required for either.
