"I came out with my wife today and this was one of the goals. It rained on us all day and my wife did not have a waterproof jacket so after she got cold I gave here mine. In the end it was too cold for me to keep going so we went back down and got some Tri-tip at Busters." — jeffreybossaller • Feb 26, 2023
"I hiked to all three peaks today with my wife. It was very cold and windy and near the top it looked like an ice storm had passed through. It was super interesting to watch the ice fall from the trees and cell towers as it melted." — jeffreybossaller • Feb 11, 2023

"Parked near small picnic area right off the 29. Headed up the trail to the memorial sight. Went up the right trail to take a look at the mine and link up with the service road that would take me the rest of the way up. No other hikers today but several service trucks. Large sections of the road are exposed with little to no shade. Light wind with 70 temps. Comfortable. Was able to see the recent fire damage to the hills on the east side of the 29. Did not spend much time on the summit. Total trip out and back about 5hrs." — Mtstalker • Oct 28, 2020
"Getting to Table Rock is challenging for a 4.5 mile round trip in a state park. It's hot with no shade, and there are a few rock chutes that are steep and scrambly.
I did it to end the day after the climb of Mt St Helena and it was worth it. There are some views and Table Rock is like a bizarre moonscape.
There are some amazing labyrinths and a village of stone cairns on the way, which are worth checking out. (The trail is less technical to that point.)" — sareine • Jun 14, 2020
