Sailing north across the Juan de Fuca Strait, my brother and I stopped in beautiful Watmough Bay on Lopez Island. Moored in the bay you have an imposing sheer wall right next to you (Chadwick Hill). I couldn't not go up there, so I convinced my brother as well to come take a look. Not much of a hike in distance but it does elevate quickly. Good views east and south across the strait.
