Finally got this off the list. I skipped it when I was at Russell Pond last summer and regretted it. It's not an easy peak to get off of the list because it makes for a really long day hike. Best done while camping there. I was so exhausted after hiking in the day before that I almost talked myself out of it. But I forced myself to go. Without a pack on, I could fly up and down. Did it was back at camp in an hour and 10 mins. The view up there isn't spectacular. There's a little viewpoint that looks at North Turner mountain and gives a little glimpse of Knife Edge and the Howe peaks. But regardless of view, I'm glad I went. Tons of blueberries on the trail, so there's that!
