Quite a taxing climb due to bad level of fitness, though that has since been much improved. Set out from Burgas early on the 26th and traveled by train to Kotel. When we arrived at the small town, we immediately set about to hiking up to the hut, a rather arduous journey due to the unevenness of the terrain. On the 27th we made the summit and returned safely. A pleasant climb.
