Quick hike after work with an old hiking partner I hadn't gotten out on the trail in a while. We started near Lake Number 12 and followed the gravel road to the last junction that takes you to either the NW peak or the true summit. We visited the NW peak first, which has no view and requires climbing over several clusters of blowdowns. We then returned to the last junction and made our way up the other fork to the true summit, with smooth traveling the whole way past the junction. The view from the top is pretty nice for an easy climb. You have a great view of most of the Issaquah Alps, Sugarloaf Mountain, McDonald Mountain, and a decent view of a handful of others.
