A pleasant warm day. Set off from Hethpool in the College valley and walked for 6km down the valley , before climbing up onto the border ridge between England and Scotland at Red Cribs. From here we walked NW up onto the summit, where there were good views of the Cheviot Hills and along the Border ridge and into Scotland.
