Geocaching/Tramping trip. Up from Kikiwa-Tophouse Road via bush track. Arrived at the 4x4 track and had to put on a few extra layers due to the cold wind. Got one glimpse at the summit before the cloud came down. Arrived at the summit and view a couple of workers attending to the communications gear. Bitterly cold on top so after finding the cache headed on to Beebys Hut for lunch. Returned to car the same way. If coming up here again at this time of year it will be via the 4x4 road the whole way as the bush track was rather wet and slippery.
