There's a road (FR-83A) to the fire tower on top but it was blocked due to Covid so parked on the side of FR-83 and bushwhacked up the northeast side of the mountain to the HP which is marked with a large cairn, then walked the summit ridge to the tower, then 83A back to my vehicle.
