Was Philmont Trip adult leader of Boy Scout Troop5 from Palo Alto. Trip consisted of 10 days hiking in the Philmont Scout Preserve in New Mexico. The itinerary called for the ascent to Baldy Mountain, which we did on August 7, 2013. We camped at 10,000 ft and none of the scouts showed signs of altitude sickness.
