It’s actually a long uphill haul from the valley of Linn Run to the otherwise undramatic summit of Bald Knob. Would that it actually were bald, but trees at the true summit obscure any views. There are some nice overlooks a little further down the ridge line at a place called Beam Rocks, pictured here.
