I arrived in Bonanza early Friday morning and found a great dispersed campsite along road 861 just inside national forest land. It was easy to skirt the private property and cut down to the Brewery Creek trail from there. The trail fades in & out, but is easy to follow as it climbs to a steep gully where I found cattle grazing! The trail eventually opens up to alpine tundra and I followed the ATV road to Antora's south ridge. The ridge was easy, but I decided to swing around to the north ridge for better views. Clouds built quickly while I was on the summit, so I decided not to proceed to Sheep Mountain and returned the way I came.
