"It was raining the entire time and like a dummy I forgot my jacket at home. I was in shorts and a t-shirt. It was cold but I was hanging in there just fine until I got back to the car and stopped moving. Then the shivering began. It was fun for sure, but next time I do something like this on a rainy day I will definitely have a jacket with me!" — jeffreybossaller • Feb 4, 2023

"Deepest bushwhacking yet in the Marin Headlands in pursuit of 2 obscure peaks (1 in the Marin Headlands 50 Peak Challenge). Felt a bit insane darting into the shrubbery after trailrunning up the well-trodden fireroads. There's no easy route to either of these 2 peaks -- faced horrific bushwhacking on each. Peak 698 ft has a viewless summit, better views to be had on an animal path on its west flank. Wolf Ridge East has a terrific broad, grassy summit with a unique vantage point on Rodeo Beach and the Golden Gate." — scott • Oct 24, 2020
