Stopped by Throop on the way to Copter Ridge. The summit is approximately 2 miles from Dawson Saddle via the Dawson Saddle trail and a short segment of the PCT. The trail leaves the PCT to elevate to the summit. After snapping a few pics, I headed on to Mt Hawkins and then to Copter Ridge.
