The dirt road to the left at the trailhead is for Strawberry Peak. The trail is short but steep. It rises up the forested slope to the radio towers and fire lookout on top. I had driven to Strawberry Peak before, and had since felt guilty about not climbing it. I looked for a trail in order to relieve my guilt. Today resolved that strange malady that I tend to hoist upon myself. I guess that can be called “Climbers Guilt”.
