I planned to do Mount Ware but I took a wrong turn and ended up deciding to do Volcano Ridge instead. Part way up Volcano I decided to bail since it looked bland and I decided to try to reach my original objective via Surveyor's Ridge instead. Surveyor's Ridge was rather boring but the summit had great views of familiar peaks. The ridgewalk to Ware was nice. The descent from Ware was a very pleasent grassy forest. Overall a nice easy fall hike.
