"Had a hard time finding the Blue Lake Trail under snow, but GPS waypoints eventually led us there. Crampons needed for the scramble. Glorious weather - the rock was dry with great holds on the south arete. The first pitch is the most difficult, most of the climb can be scrambled. There's an interesting chimney move in the second pitch, and a very exposed short traverse further up. Lots of mountain goats - no shortage of them.
