From the Ewin Creek logging roads, gain the Northwest Ridge starting at Ewin Pass that leads you on really easy terrain to the western most sub-peak. The traverse to the real peak gets spicy on some of the down climbs. Especially, the last segment before the two summits (high 4th class crux). To navigate this, go straight down a few meters until the first little bench, then head left to the more solid rock slab that poses less choss than the other sections. Be weary of the exposure afterwards. From the base of the crux, gain the summit which is the more eastern point of the summit ridge.
