Was inspired by directions and photos at Hikingupward.com. Parked at the Hickory Campgrounds, took the Wilson Creek Trail and Seed Orchard Road to the Scales Compound. The hike along the creek was worth the trip. Took First Peak Trail as far as the 2nd Peak and then returned. Had to travel off-path a short distance to reach the actual peak. No views at the peak.
