Only really worth the trip to check off the peak. The last 1.5 miles or so from the ridge are basically unused roads that are overgrown to the point of bushwhacking. I got a bad case of poison oak for the first time in a decade due to the overgrown trail which bled through my clothes when it started to rain. (Lesson learned.) The mossy trees near the top are pretty, but I can't really recommend this peak.

If you do go, bring a friend, let somebody know where you're going, and/or carry a satellite communicator. If you got hurt near the top, I suspect it could be months before anybody came within earshot. And be more careful than I was!
