"Sunday 29th April 2018. An ascent of Sale Fell 359m/137m and Ling Fell 373m/97m in the North Western Fells, from the Wythop Valley, Lake District, Cumbria. 7.2km, with 445m of ascent. 3hrs 20mins.

"Walk From the Pheasant Inn to the old Swan Inn with friend. Via - Sale Fell, Rivings, Lothwaite and Ladies Table. We couldn't find summit for Ladies Table, But will try again at some point as the walk was quite pleasant through all the forest paths." — DAB81 • Aug 10, 2017
