My family and I joined my dad, mom, and brother on a trip to Globe. I suggested hiking up to Round Mountain since I had seen the sign for the trail several times. We first drove out to San Carlos since the kids fell asleep in the car, but after we made it back they were awake and eager to hike. This peak provides a nice vantage point of Globe and the surrounding area, and the trail and the park are nicely maintained.
