Accessed Forest Road 4S06 just north of the fire station on Highway 243. About 100 yards in, there is a wide parking area. I parked there and walked the rest of the way to the peak. This is an easy forest road walk which goes toward radio towers before approaching the foundations of a fire lookout on the true summit. Commanding views of the surrounding landscape spreads for many miles below.
