I had my eye on these 3 smaller peaks for a while. To access this ridge, I found this side ridge with a surprisingly good trail (possibly cleared by local hunters )up to the 1st peak Pu'ukiolea. from there another 0.4 miles on a faint trail and arrived to Pu'ukauai, which has 2 geodetic markers on the top, and a concrete slab with a metal pole in it. To get to the 3rd peak Pu'ukolani, I had to go back and cross on a somewhat followable trail through a Cook pine forest. This peak doesn't have any interesting features.
Not a very scenic route, but if you want to snag those peaks, you might like it.
