This is one of those hills that is more impressive from below than on top. It is an outcrop of rock that is sheer on a couple of sides so some care needs to be taken at certain points. The highest bit of it is a clump of angular rock closer to Trevi than the main part of it which is relatively easy to walk to. I would be very careful in low visibility as there is a drop on the west side that is concealed by trees but would be quite a quick route to heaven or hell, depending of course on your past behaviour.
